At Shane Nulty Property Management we manage
the vetting procedures for new tenants for our clients. We will respond to all queries in relation to the letting and arrange a schedule of viewings.
References will then be requested for a short list
of tenants and these followed up on to ensure reliable tenants for our clients.
Once a deposit has been secured from a tenant confirmed by the client, a letting agreement or lease will be put in place by Shane Nulty Property Management for the security of all parties involved. |
